Major General Awosanya served in the Nigerian Army for 30 years before he retired. The General is a man of many parts – an administrator, a financial analyst, a strategist, a manager of man, materials and money. He had his Diploma in Accounting from the Polytechnic, Ibadan, before he joined the Nigerian Army. A product of the famous Gwent College of Higher Education, Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom, the General is a Member of the Association of Certified National Accountants of Nigeria (CNA), Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), member of the prestigious National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies,(NIPSS) where bagged his MNIM.

He attended the University of Lagos and Federal University of Technology, Akure where he had Diploma and MBA respectively. He also has a Ph D in Accounting from Marlborough University, Honolulu, USA.

Whilst in the Army he had the following medals to his credit:

Forces Service Star (FSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), Distinguished Service Star (DSS), and United Nations Interim Force In Lebanon (UNIFIL).

His versatility in financial management is undoubted.

Mrs Awosanya was a primary and secondary school teacher before she resigned to go into business. She was a product of Ahmadiyya Grammar School, Iwo in Osun State, and Muslim Teachers Training College, Oru in Ogun State.

A certificated teacher, she has Diploma in Environmental Studies and Bachelor of Education from the University of Cardiff, Wales, in the UK.

She taught at Army Command Children School, Oshodi, Maryland Comprehensive High School, Maryland, Igbobi College and Morocco Comprehensive High School, before she quit teaching for business management.

She has demonstrated her business prowess as retailer, wholesaler and manufacturer. Her other company is a member of Manufacturer Association of Nigeria. She is currently into petroleum products distribution.

She has been of tremendous source of energy in our investment policies and decisions.

A graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo, Mrs Oyefeso started her professional career in the finance industry with Access Bank Nigeria Plc in 1992 and rose to the position of Executive Assistant to the chairman of the bank. She was actively involved in the bank’s corporate investment and portfolio management.

She left Access Bank in 1996 and joined the pioneer team to start AIL Securities Limited, (a subsidiary of Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers) in 1997 as a senior Investment Officer. She acquired tremendous experience in the capital market for over five years at AIL Securities Limited. She was a major player in the success story of AIL Securities Limited. She rose to the position of group Head, Portfolio Management and Marketing Department from where she moved to join Rostrum Investment and Securities Limited in March 2003. She has attended many professional courses over the years.

Mr Adeosun is a BSc and MSc degrees holder in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and University of Ibadan respectively.

He started his professional career with AIL Securities Limited as an Investment Officer in 1998. From 1999 to 2000, he was the Assistant Head, Marketing Department, where he handled volumes of transaction for the company.

In 2001, he was elevated to Senior Investment Officer and Head, Research Department from where he moved to Rostrum Investment and Securities Limited in 2003 as Head of Operations.

He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute Management (AMNIM) and Associate member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (ACIP).

Musibau has demonstrated shrewdness and dexterity at permutations and simulating which is very much required of the strategic position he holds in the company.

Mr Olaitan is a season Stockbroker and Chartered Accountant. He is a 1998 graduate of accountancy and Finance from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He started his working career in 1995 with Century Securities Limited ( a Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange). in 2002 he completed the final stage of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers Professional Examination in 2002 and was admitted as an Authorized Dealer/Clerk for Century Securities Limited on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Mr. Olaitan also worked the in Accounts Department and Trade Finance Department.

He left Century Securities Limited in September 2003 to join Rostrum Investment and Securities Limited as a Dealer and Head, Stockbroking Department, and in 2004 he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. During the course of his career, Mr. Olaitan has acquired varied experience and has executed capital market issues over the years. He has also attended several courses and workshops.

He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS), Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ACA), and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr Olaitan is currently studying for his Masters Course in Business Administration (MBA) at the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos.
