Rostrum Investment and Securities Limited (RISL) was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a BROKER/DEALER and was as well licensed and admitted as a Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in 1997 to deal in securities of quoted companies.

We have an authorized share capital of N250,000,000 (Two hundred and fifty million Naira) only with a paid-up share capital of N168,940,000 (One hundred and sixty eight million nine hundred and forty thousand Naira) only.
